Yesss they are perfect. This is normal the orchids will dye after blooming season. The flowers will become wilted and the stem will turn brown and dye. This is normal! The roots are still very much alive so keep watering and giving it some light. And then the next blooming season the stem will grow back and the flowers too

No, it is drying up, it must always be humid, the one I have is not on the ground but on sticks and it maintains with some water

It’s fine. Orchids like to be more on the moist side. As long as the roots and leaves are healthy, the plant is healthy. The stem eventually dies off, but more will regrow and bloom again. Hope this helps!
