How to Care for the Plant
Water
Grow your never never plant in well draining soil, provide bright, indirect light and keep a soil moist but not waterlogged. Maintain high humidity, keep temperatures between 55-85f and fertilize monthly during a growing season with half strength fertilizer.
Pruning
By removing overgrown foliage, you will improve airflow to the plant, and light will be better able to penetrate all portions of the plant. This actually leads to a fuller and healthier-looking houseplant.
Fertilizer
Use a fertilizer formulated specifically for your plant. Avoid over-fertilizing and follow the instruction on the label.
Sunlight
Grows it's best and fastest with full sun exposure, but it can do well in partial shade.
Soil
Does best in conventional potting soils that contain ingredients such as peat, manure, and black hummus.
Temperature
It prefers normal temperatures between 60–80°F, avoid temperatures below 12°C/ 55°F. Lower temperatures can damage the leaves of a Never Never Plant.
Container
Whether it be plastic or clay, make sure the pot you select has drainage holes in the bottom to prevent over-watering.
