Graptosedum 'Alpenglow' (Graptopetalum × Sedum hybrid) has pink leaves, shading from light rose to deep coral. The stems can grow long and trail with leaves growing densely on the whole stem. It can also be kept more compact with regular pruning.
Possibly a Graptopetalum paraguayense hybrid, Graptosedum ‘Alpenglow’ forms rosettes with beautiful pink-mauve leaves in rosettes that become somewhat bushy. The phrase “Alpenglow” refers to the reddish glow near sunrise and sunset in mountainous areas. Excellent as a ground cover or in rock gardens in temperate climates. The flowers are yellow. A go-to complement to echeverias and other succulents in dish gardens. Will hang over sides of containers or small walls.
