Epipactis microphylla, the small-leaved helleborine, is a species of orchid. It is native to much of Europe and to Southwest Asia as far east as Iran though noticeably absent from the British Isles and from Scandinavia.
Water the plants about once weekly to provide dry to medium moisture for the plants. Frequent watering is fraught with acidification of the earth in the pot, and, consequently, with further diseases of the lemon tree. Water slowly, gradually, allowing the water to soak well into the soil.
Temperatures between 65 (18 °C) to 75 F (23 °C) and nighttime temperatures between 50 t(10°C) to 60 F (15 °C).
