Penduliflorus Astragalus is a plant of the family of legumes. It differs from Astragalus frigidus in having leaflets less than 7 mm wide, and sheath up to 1 cm wide (leaflets more than 7 mm wide and sheath less than 1 cm wide in Astragalus frigidus ). Yellow flowers, 1-1.2 cm; green chalice tube . Robust, erect, generally branchy, perennial up to 50 cm, with leaves with 7-15 pairs of elliptical leaflets. It blooms in summer.
