Aloe 'Pink Blush' is a small clumping succulent with textured dark green and light green leaves with raised pink ridges. It is one of the larger of Kelly's miniature Aloe hybrids and grows up to 1 foot (30 cm) tall with an equal diameter. The flower stalk is a short inflorescence with orange flowers. It blooms from late winter to spring.
Aloe 'Pink Blush' can be quite beautiful when it is well-taken care of. This succulent type needs typical watering as the other succulents. The watering method is very important to keep your the plant healthy. It should not sit on the water, and an excess amount of water should be avoided.
Wear gloves whenever you work with aloes. Some species produce sap that can irritate the skin. Not all aloes produce sap that's beneficial -- some species are poisonous. When pruning, use sharp bypass pruners or a garden knife, making sure not to cut into fleshy nearby leaves. Sterilize your pruning tools with household disinfectant before and after pruning your aloe to prevent the spread of disease.
Prefers warm weather from 70ºF (21ºC) to 80ºF (27ºC), but can survive temperature as low as 40ºF (4.5ºC). Feed with a cactus fertilizer in the summer only (Aloes go dormant in the winter).
