What is the plant

This is an Australian heirloom pear bred in Molong, NSW, a small town in the central west of NSW and dates back to the late 1800's. It is a great eating pear with smooth, green to yellow skin and juicy, white flesh which is sweet and rich in flavour. Fragrant, white flowers are borne in spring and the fruit ripens from late Autumn to early Winter. Packham's Triumph' is a dessert pear. Following blossom in spring, the fruits are ready for picking in autumn. They ripen to yellow with brown speckles and have sweet, juicy flesh. This variety stores well.
