Perennial. Stems 15–70 cm, glabrous. Leaf plates 3–12 cm x 2–8 mm. Pan 3–10 (-15) cm, dense, lobed, bright green. Spikelets (1,3) 1,5–2 mm. Grains of 0,8 × 0,6 mm. It blooms from April to August.
