A colourful and drought resistant native alternative to exotic foxgloves, with very attractive felty textured grey foliage. It is a perennial shrub growing to around a metre high and wide. Native to Western Australia, it grows on a range of soil types and likes a sunny position. It flowers from winter to spring, and can vary from white to pale pink all the way to red-purple. Prune after the flowers die back to tidy up and to encourage a compact habit.
