Schotia capitata is an evergreen, many-stemmed shrub or slender tree; it can grow up to 7 metres tall. The plant sometimes adopts a more or less climbing habit, and often forms large tangled thickets.The tree is sometimes harvested from the wild for local use of its wood. It is occasionally planted as ornamenta
