A shrubby, evergreen perennial. Felty, grey green, ivy like leaves on woody, upright stems. Throughout the warmer months, large, hibiscus-like, pale pink flowers with a dark magenta centre, are produced in abundance. Prune as necessary. One of the few plants which prefers heavy soil, even clay, as long as it's well drained.
