This form of Bellflower has a compact habit, making it ideal for rock gardens, edging, or growing in containers. Plants form a low mat of deep green foliage, bearing short sprays of fragrant mauve-blue flowers in early summer. Blooms are open, cup-shaped and upfacing for a good display. Remove faded flowers to encourage repeat blooming. A well-behaved plant, not aggressive like some other Bellflowers.
