What is the plant

Pandanus commonly known as screw pine is native to the eastern portion of Australia and Pacific Islands. How to Care for the Plant

Water
The top layer of soil between waterings in the summer should slightly dry up. Water approximately every 6-10 days. In winter, a less frequent watering is required. However, the soil should not completely dry out either. Pandanus, as a whole, is not afraid of stagnation of moisture, however, it is not necessary to specially waterlog the plant.
Pruning
Dry ends of pandanus leaves should be cut to a healthy tissue.
Fertilizer
It is better to supplement the pandanus 3-4 times in the spring, but it is possible to feed the fertilizer regularly from May to October 1 time in 2 weeks. It responds well to organic top dressing.

Sunlight
