Water your lithodora regularly. The lithodora plant does not like to be overly dry or excessively wet; keep the soil evenly moist but not waterlogged.
Lithodora diffusa prefers a Mediterranean-like climates with a slope or incline in full sun to partial shade. In general, it does not thrive in hot and wet conditions, such as in the Deep South. In cooler climates it is more likely to be able to tolerate full sun.
A light application of a balanced, slow-release fertilizer can be applied in spring after new growth is seen.
Lithodora does best in a well-drained soil that is slightly acidic, between 5.5 and 6.0 pH. It does best in a rich soil, unlike other rock garden plants.
