Alstroemeria are fleshy rooted herbaceous perennials forming spreading clumps of erect stems bearing narrowly lance-shaped leaves, with umbels of showy funnel-shaped flowers in summer.Princess Paola is a compact, clump-forming perennial, to 35cm tall, with lance-shaped, green leaves. The funnel-shaped flowers, borne from summer into autumn, comprise white outer petals marked with a pink central bar and pink-tipped, streaked inner petals that form a yellow centre
