whats wrong

My lawn was very green, but it has been raining a lot. Not sure if thats the problem. The second pic was taken 2 weeks ago.

Hi Im a gardener and you can first (if you have any!) rake any moss away. Then, Id buy some high quality grass fertilizer. Since it might have rained recently, Id avoid watering it for a while (3-4 days depending where you are). Also, if there are any weeds (mushrooms, sprouts, etc.) it would be good for the lawn if they are plucked out. Hope your grass looks greener soon!
