My Tomato plant has bent at the main stem, what can I do to help it?

I would propagate
Carefully lift it up and tie it a couple of inches above the bent part to the pole. If there is more stem above that point, tie that portion to pole also. As long as it’s not broke it should s strengthen and straighten back up and keep growing. Or you could cut it which will cause lower branches to fill in with new growth. Good luck.
