The plant in the image appears to be in poor health, with brown spots and wilting leaves. This could be caused by a number of factors, including overwatering, underwatering, or exposure to extreme temperatures. To fix this issue, the following steps can be taken: 1. Adjust the watering schedule to ensure that the plant is receiving enough water, but not too much. Allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings. 2. Provide adequate lighting for the plant, as it may not be getting enough sunlight. 3. Fertilize the plant with a balanced fertilizer to give it a boost of nutrients. 4. Prune any dead or damaged leaves to prevent the spread of disease. 5. Move the plant to a location with better air circulation if it's in an area with poor ventilation. By following these steps, the plant should start to improve and regain its health.
It looks like the soil dried out quite a bit before you watered it. Try watering from the bottom until the plant doesn’t soak up any more water then water from the top. This gives the soil a kickstart to get back to the moisture content it needs. The other option is to repot in fresh soil and water as usual.

This plant doesn’t like to be watered from the top and doesn’t like it’s leaves to get wet
Thank you both so much!
