The plant provided is a Dracaena fragrans. It appears to be healthy and well-maintained. However, it may benefit from occasional pruning to keep it looking its best. This can be done by removing any lower leaves and any dead or damaged leaves. Additionally, it may benefit from fertilization to ensure it has the necessary nutrients to continue growing. A fertilizer with a balanced NPK ratio (nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium) can be applied monthly during the growing season. Also, it may need to be repotted in a larger container every 2-3 years to ensure it has enough room to grow. If the plant appears to be unhealthy, the first step would be to identify the problem. This can be done by inspecting the plant for any signs of pests or disease, such as spots, discoloration, or wilting. Once the problem has been identified, appropriate action can be taken to address it. If it's a pest problem, the plant may need to be treated with insecticide. If it's a disease problem, it may need to be treated with fungicide. It's also important to ensure the plant is getting the right amount of light, water and humidity. Make sure the plant is not in direct sunlight or in a place with low humidity,
Brown crispy leaves are usually from under watering. You can prune dead leaves without hurting your plant.
It also may have dry crispy edges if your humidity is low where you live
