This is a pretty plant
Maybe low humidity??
I think its under watered since the leaves are curled in and maybe have it away from the window cause the window if probably getting too cold or too hot and they like medium to indirect light
But make sure you check if the top layer of the soil is dry then water it, because they can also get root rot if the soil is too moist.
And since its close to the window it may be getting burned by the sun and the sun maybe be drying out the soil too much
I have mine away from the window but under a grow light and its doing well ✅
I also notice you have it in a terracotta pot so you may have to water more often since terracotta pots take moisture away from the soil so you just have to really check the top layer of the soil and if its dry water it. :)

The plant in the image appears to be struggling and in poor health. Some possible reasons for this could be a lack of sunlight, improper watering, or insufficient nutrients in the soil. To improve the health of the plant, it would be best to provide it with more sunlight, water it more regularly, and add fertilizer to the soil. Additionally, it may be beneficial to repot the plant in fresh, well-draining soil, and to prune away any dead or damaged leaves or branches.
