The Marriage Genuwine tomato is part of the Heirloom Marriage collection from PanAmerican Seed, selected for the best attributes of old and new tomato varieties, such as shape, color, and flavor. It is a cross between Costoluto Genovese and Brandywine, and it was released in 2015.

How to Care for the Plant

Water
Be sure to water your sun-loving plant about twice a week. Celebrity tomato water requirements are sensible. The plant needs consistent moisture, so check the soil regularly, and if it feels dry below the surface, water it. Then, apply a water-soluble fertilizer every two to three weeks
Pruning
Keep weeds removed from the bed and mulch between the rows to minimize weeds and conserve moisture. A black plastic mulch also warms the soil and radiates heat.
Fertilizer
Fertilize every three weeks with 1 pound (454 gr.) per 100 square feet (9 m.). The optimum ratio for tomatoes is 8-32-16 or 6-24-24.
