Sedum Little Missy Care
Sedum 'Little Missy'

Little Missy' is a mat-forming, succulent, evergreen perennial with loose rosettes of broadly ovate to rounded, grey-green leaves with pink-flushed, pale green margins and short stems bearing terminal clusters of pink flowers in summer. It is a delightfully delicate Sedum variety. Its tiny, variegated leaves mean that it can tolerate slightly more shade than most Sedum, but it is also not as frost hardy. It grows as a matting, ground cover up to 2" tall and come summer it is dotted with minuscule, pink blossoms.

How to Care for the Plant
Water
Water succulent thoroughly only when soil is completely dry. This is normally an 7-14 day time span. When temperatures are 90°F or higher additional watering will be required. Drought tolerant once established.
Fertilizer
Sedums are not heavy feeders, although they benefit from fertilizer during the growing season to encourage lush foliage and ample blooming. A monthly application of dilute liquid fertilizer works best. Use a low balanced fertilizer such as 15-15-15 when growth is vigorous and the days are long and warm. Don't fertilizer in fall and winter to allow the plant to rest.
Sunlight
This succulent does best with direct sun light shining on it for 4-6 hours but is also tolerant of low light.
Soil
Make sure that your soil does not contain any peat moss as this will rot your succulent due to holding too much moisture.
Temperature
The plant can survive temperatures down to 10F.
Container
Be sure the container has drainage holes in the bottom and allows water drain quickly.
