What is the plant

Ruby heart is an evergreen perennial, which is a hybrid of Sempervivum Silverine and has a green or red color with a silver and green tint on the tips of the leaves.

Ruby Heart belongs to succulents and has fleshy pointed leaves that form a red color in the center of the plant. In summer, pink flowers appear on the stems, which are shaped like a star.  The color changes with each season and intensifies at low temperatures. It spreads by shear, forming colonies, and grows up to 7-10 cm (0.2-0.3 ft) in height and 15-20 cm (0.4-0.6 ft) in width. The plant develops well in containers and near garden paths.
