What is the plant

Flowering Maple Plant is also known as Abutilon. It refers to the genus Callianthe and is a lush tropical shrub. Originated from Brazil and commonly found in Southern and Central Americas, species grown indoors are mostly selective.

The Flowering Maple is a very quickly growing tree-like plant, so it would require a lot of space indoors to grow one. It could reach up to 5 feet (153 cm) tall. To keep this plant to feet optimal for room size, prune and shape it regularly. Affluent crown of dark to light green leaves make this plant one of the best and most popular decoratives. Its flowering season starts in June and lasts till October; the flowers can be red, pink, yellow, or white. Despite it being possible to grow Abutilon indoors, it is good to have an opportunity to place this plan in the garden or balcony during warm seasons.
