I’ve had the bambo (far right) or about 5 years, the little succulent (middle) for I think 3, and the cutie on the far left I’ve had for 6-ish months. My bambo is about 2 1/2 feet tall.

what is this?
There’s this white-ish yellow-ish flaky stuff on the bottom of my Luck Bamboo. What is it? Is it bad? If so, how do I fix it/prevent it?

Other then flowering plants of course, like pumpkins. Like for instance my Lucky Bamboo, how do I know if it’s a girl or boy? Or is it even a “gender”?
