The plant appears healthy.
You could add pieces of banana peel and other types of organic matter—or, better yet, blend them into a purée—and apply them to the soil as fertilizer; you can also add some river stones. This has worked well for me with all my plants—although, of course, you need to turn the soil regularly to keep it in good condition. It looks like it needs more space and soil, so try moving it to a larger pot.
It’s healthy leaves turn yellow and drop around this time of year
Less water mabye its a DESERT rose so less water 🤓 i dont no tho looks healthy enough
