I have a dieffenbachia plant and its dying. Can someone help?

Hi, Too much or too little watering …, direct exposure to sun can cause the leaves to turn yellow as well , so during cold weather you need to water it once every 2 weeks and make sure it drains the water . Good luck :)

It could be overwatering. Also, probably this is time to refresh soil.
Make sure that the soil in the pot is loose enough and that you water the plant enough
