lychee tree after freezing temperatures
Is this lychee tree dead had exposed to frost and freezing temperatures early February in central Florida this is the what it looks like almost two months later.

Waiting for answer
You can thin the bark off in a section if you see a bit of green under the bark it’s alive. If not it might be dead. But there’s no harm in waiting. Sometimes trees can regrow from the stems
