Is this plant dead?
Probably a dumb question but I put him outside because he had bugs( I couldn’t take it anymore ) now I’m wondering if he’s alive or dead, I think dead. He’s a calathea ornota.

Check out his roots, the outside part of him may appear dead, but maybe his roots still have a bit if life. Good luck!
