Hi!! I’ve had a peace Lilly for maybe two years now it’s grown lovely. I’ve just repotted it and it’s had the most awful smell to it! I’m assuming that is root rot 🤢🤢 

I’ve trimmed all the dark roots and taken off the bad leaves. I hae also put it in a draining pot but I’m unsure where to put the new dry soil. Do i completely cover the pot?
