why are the leaves of my rattlesnake plant turning briaedges and cur

The leaves on my Madagascar Jasmine are doing the same thing. At first I thought I over watered and could have some root rot. So it’s probably needing repotting. Another thing I did was spray for spider mites. They affect some plants the same way. Give it some TLC and it will recover.
