what is wrong with my plant?
It has small particulates on the leaves. Some parts are dying

Spider mites. Spray the visible ones with a hose, chop the flowers (and throw them far away from your plants!)…use neem oil or an insecticide. Personally I like the systemic granules with neem oil as needed. ☺️
