The plant appears healthy.
Cut the tree down, and count the growth rings. Any other way is a guess.
Depending on the type of tree, species of tree, shape of the tree, & size of the tree. All different forms needs to tell a trees age. Years of growth create age rings around the heart, but sadly only way to reveal them is cutting it down. As CW said any other way is only a guess. Even if it’s an educated guess through years of experience
Note: it’s a White oak about 75 years old if I had to guess. Funny enough I live right off the White Oak River been around oaks my entire life 🫶🏽 have one in my yard probably over 125
