How can I collect seeds to grow on more I have loads of seeds pods and want to grown more for next years Do I just split the pods and place the seeds to germinate ?

What plant & do you have a picture of the sea pod & plant by chance?  i’m actually glad you posted this question because I actually have some seed pods that I am been meaning to pull off of my Texas star hibiscus. Before it’s too late . I’ll take a couple of pictures and show you what I’m talking about in a few minutes.
