This is pretty common with palm trees in general and I dont think its an issue. Its just feeling a little thirsty. overall looks very healthy.

Im thinking overwatering What happens is The leafs release water from the tip of leafs So standing water on the leaves can cause them to root Try adding a fan for air circulation near the plant or the room needs to be a little warmer so water moisture can be evaporated

1. Fertilize the plant with a balanced fertilizer to provide necessary nutrients for growth. 2. Water the plant regularly, ensuring that the soil stays moist but not waterlogged. 3. Ensure proper drainage for the plant by placing it in a well-draining container or soil. 4. Provide sufficient light for the plant, either natural or artificial. 5. Trim the plant regularly to remove any dead or damaged leaves, and to promote new growth. 6. Use insecticides to control pests such as mealybugs, scale, and spider mites, which can cause damage to the plant. 7. Prune the plant to maintain its shape, removing any lower branches and shaping the upper ones. 8. Move the plant to a brighter location if it is not getting enough light. 9. Replant the plant in a larger container if it has outgrown its current one. 10. Monitor the plant for any signs of disease or pest infestation, and take prompt action if any are observed.
