The plant appears to be a Dieffenbachia seguine, also known as a rainforest plant or a philodendron. The leaves are yellow and appear to be wilting or dying. This could be due to several factors, including over-watering, under-watering, not providing enough light or not providing the correct type of soil. To fix this issue, the first step would be to identify the cause. If it is over-watering, reduce the amount of water given to the plant. If it is under-watering, increase the amount of water given. If the plant is not getting enough light, move it to a brighter location. If the soil is not correct, repot the plant in a well-draining pot with a quality potting soil that is suitable for Dieffenbachia seguine. Additionally, it's important to provide proper care for the plant, including regular fertilization, pruning, and pest management.

Two things I see. First 2 plants look like my golden pathos and they are shade plants and dont water too much thats why you have those bugs. Let almost dry out before watering 😉
