The plant looks a bit droopy and discolored. This could be due to underwatering or overwatering. To fix this issue, the plant should be repotted in a well-draining potting soil mix with proper drainage. Watering should be adjusted to ensure the soil remains slightly moist but not waterlogged. The plant may also benefit from periodic fertilization with a balanced liquid fertilizer to promote healthy growth and color. Additionally, moving the plant to a brighter location with indirect light may help improve its overall appearance.

Chamomile & cinnamon are powerful natural fungicides that kill gnats, using essential oils you can mix a water peroxide cinnamon chamomile mix shake it & spray on the plants to kill the eggs & babies. Sticky paper/fly traps to get rid of the adults. Can use all of these individually but suggest using them all at once to get the job done in 3-5 days. The powder forms work just a lil harder to mix

You can sprinkle cinnamon on the soil to kill fungus and thereby preventing the gnats.
