Has anything changed in your routine for taking care of it?
Take it out and put it in a clear large cup of water. Make sure it’s clean water that sat out for awhile so that chlorine evaporated. Then after 2 days drain the water and let it dry for two days in the same cup with nothing at all. Repeat the process and you will see many new leaves. Make sure it’s in great light but not direct. In a week of doing that spray orchid fertilizer under and over the leaves.
