This plant appears to be struggling and not looking very healthy. One possible issue could be a lack of proper sunlight or soil nutrients. To fix this, the plant may need to be transplanted to a location with more sunlight and well-draining soil. Additionally, fertilizer or plant food may be necessary to provide the plant with the necessary nutrients to thrive. It is also important to check for pests or diseases that could be affecting the plant's health. It is important to remember that pruning can be a good way to shape the plant and to make it more healthy, and to remove any dead or damaged branches, also to remove any crossing branches that can make the plant weaker.
Need to be electric sawing not cutting 😀
Search on youtube Granny’s garden how to eliminate invasive vines. Normally i dont recommend you use chemicals but if you want to make a dent this is one of those extreme cases i would say its absolutely necessary. Just be very careful about animals and people around you. No one else should be near you when you do this and shouldnt beallowed near the area for a food few hours after the chemicals have dried. Watch the video the gardener talks you through everything step by step and safety. Good luck!
