The plant appears to be a species of Lavandula angustifolia, also known as English lavender. It appears to be healthy, with a good amount of foliage and a strong, upright growth habit. However, there are a few things that could be done to improve the health and appearance of the plant. 1. Prune the plant: As with any plant, regular pruning can help to promote healthy growth and remove any dead or damaged branches. 2. Fertilize the plant: Fertilizing the plant with a balanced fertilizer can help to provide the necessary nutrients for healthy growth. 3. Water the plant: Ensuring that the plant is watered regularly, especially during dry weather, will help to keep the soil moist and promote healthy growth. 4. Add mulch: Adding a layer of mulch to the soil around the plant can help to retain moisture in the soil and suppress weeds. 5. Divide the plant: If the plant has become overcrowded, it may be necessary to divide it to promote healthy growth and prevent disease. Overall, the plant appears to be in good health and just needs regular maintenance to continue thriving.

Try rinsing the plant leaves and cleaning. I did this daily on my plant and checked often. It will drown creepy crawlies. Pesticides might do other bad things you dont want.
