Based on the provided image, it appears that the plant in question is a Kalanchoe blossfeldiana. It is a succulent plant that is native to South Africa. The plant is commonly found in subtropical and tropical regions around the world, and it is known for its bright, colorful flowers. It appears that the plant is not thriving in its current environment. The leaves appear to be drooping, and the plant's overall appearance suggests that it is not receiving adequate sunlight or water. To address this issue, I would recommend providing the plant with more sunlight. This can be done by moving it to a location near an east- or west-facing window, or by placing it outside in a sunny spot. Additionally, it is important to ensure that the plant is receiving enough water. I would recommend watering it once a week, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings. Another possible issue could be the soil composition. Kalanchoe blossfeldiana prefers well-draining soil that is rich in organic matter. If the soil is too heavy or not draining properly, this can cause the plant to become waterlogged and suffer from root rot. To fix this issue, I would recommend using a soilless potting mix or a mix of soil and perlite, which will improve drainage and aeration. Finally

Most indoor plants that you want to flower will require bright filter light. Similarly to my Peace Lily, blooming season are spring (rare in autumn), humidity, and fertilizer to boost it growth during growing cycle.
