is this overwatered or underwater?
I live in Ohio and bought this to put on my patio for summer as you can see. I have flowers around the base so I water every day but the palm is starting to turn yellow and brown. Am I overwatering it or under watering it

You buy it potted or did you pot it? It looks like to me poor drainage.

Yellow is overwatering
Palms do not require a lot of water. It’s why even in the desert - in which I live - they grow wild. I have huge ones in my yard and they get a dribble from a drip system (we are over 100 degrees already-can see up to 115 days. Also-they need pruning every year-so saw those 2 yellow fronds off at the base of the plant new growth comes from the middle while old branches get brown. The yellow is for sure overwatering.
Overwatering. Palms like dry and heat.
