Use hydrogen peroxide mixed with water. You want to get around 8oz of water and around a tbsp of hydrogen peroxide. This little hydrogen peroxide will not kill your plant but it will get rid of bugs like fruit flies and gnats, and will also get rid of fungus. You want to water twice a week with that, hopefully they will go away with in a couple of weeks. Hope this helps! :D

To eliminate any eggs or larvae in your soil, try removing the top layer of soil and replacing it with fresh potting mix. It's important to dispose of the old soil far from your fiddle leaf fig plant to prevent any hatched larvae from returning to your plant.
