What is that white stuff all over my Esperanza plant? It looks almost like tiny rice grains. It’s sticky.

Aphids. Those are baby aphids. And you have an infection. Luckily I had treated my newly bought plants and treated with an easy remedy. Which is one full teaspoon to two cups of water. Too much will cause the leafs to burn so be careful to not use too much at one time. After a few hours the green bug will start to change colors a bit once they’re dead. Hope that helps! 😊 The green bug are adult aphids.
