In 2024, I bought 5 waxed amaryllis bulbs. They bloomed for 4 months. Spring of 2025, I planted them outside and they thrived until Oct when I dug them up to make room for holiday decor. I replanted all but one outside to see how they would fare through winter (they didn’t). The last one I planted in a pot, watered 2 times and then forgot about it in the corner of my heated barn - for months. Yesterday, I discover what is pictured. Not only did it survive, it is blooming!!! The unbeatable Amaryllis 🌺
