@Burntsock, isn’t it fun when they show up to have a little rest and a quick look around??!! I enjoyed 2 visitors last fall to a puddle that had grown after a heavy rain just outside my kitchen window … they lingered for a while, splashing and milling about, then went to the Bird Feeders that were just a short distance from the puddle and had a small snack After grabbing a sip from the adjacent Bird Fountain, they turned and flew away. I felt pretty special that day!!
