If the leaves are soft ,it may happens for too much water but it looks it has water tension cause top of leaves dies because of dry soil and air If your water has Cl,first boil it then wait to be colder then water your plants

it seems that the root of the plant does not have enough space in the pot. Try to transplant it
A tip for watering it is when it gets sad you can tell it droops a lot when it wants water and check if the top of the soil is dry and water it until it comes out the drainage holes! I water mine every time she looks sad.
