diagnosis help!!
Hello! I just brought this beautiful Cordyline Fruticosa home on Saturday. I sprayed it down with neem oil and another bug spray before bringing it inside. It still has small white residue. Not sure but doesn’t seem like powdery mildew. Can anyone help?
