Is it in a pot or the ground?
Ive been doing a little bit of both with watering on leave and soil winds was kind of high it rained but i quickly put them on the porch
It looks like those might be the starter leaves. If they are, its normal for them to die. If not, they are very close to the soil, often bottom leaves that touch the soil will die, due to microbial activity. I would just cut those leaves off.
