You might need to put on the soil
The soil needs to stay moist but not saturated. The soil can’t dry out. When 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch of top soil has dried, it’s time to consider watering it. They are very fussy plants. It’s a calathea, right?
Google it. I killed mine before googling it. It’s natural for the leaves to turn yellow. I started cutting them off. Poor thing didn’t stand a chance. Research it first.
